I don't tend to resonate with Dostoevsky's work. I have attempted to finish Crime and Punishment several times and almost threw it across the room each time.

That said, "Notes from the Underground" was a book I enjoyed, as it was fascinating to see the layering of thoughts and philosophies in the way you describe. Thanks for the reminder of this book.
