It's really an interesting conversation to have. I think there are instances where multiple endings work well for me and those where they do not.

When I play through a game where the focus is on the choices (Life is Strange, The Walking Dead, Until Dawn), I tend to accept my fate and accept the ending I receive — and will just pull up a video of all the endings, if I'm curious enough about it.

What makes me replay a game has more to do with how much I love the gameplay and/or story than anything else. And most of the games I've replayed have a more linear storyline (Inside, The Last of Us, Horizon: Zero Dawn, etc.). I'll only go back in and explore other ending options if I had a ton of fun with the game (as with Slay the Princess, Fallout, and Disco Elysium).
